SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our aim is to provide you an excellent customer service. For that reason, we are delighted to pack all of our products carefully to make sure they arrive in great condition. Prints up to 35x50cm will be sent out flat. Above this size prints will be rolled and sent out in a postal tube.
Postage and Packaging is calculated prior to payment at the checkout and will vary depending on the contents of your order and the delivery destination.
Standard Delivery within Spain
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1-3 working days. In busy times it may take us a little longer.
The planned delivery times from shipping are indicated below and is approximate, these can vary depending on the postal service in each country.
All purchases are sent from Spain via Correos with a trackable shipping service. In 1-3 days.
We deliver both to Europe and the Rest of the World. Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. The exact delivery price will be calculated at the Checkout. All purchases are sent with a trackable shipping service.
Overseas orders may take slightly longer to arrive:

Please allow 7-10 days.
For orders to Western Europe:Please allow 10-14 days.
For orders to: Asia, Far East, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, USA, Canada:
Please allow 10-18 days.
Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment is to be made in Euros. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.

Shipments are sent to the address indicated in the moment of the payment. Please, always check if the address is correct; we don’t assume the responsibility otherwise.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you consider that your delivery was faulty, you can be eligible for a return.

As an overview, you should know that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If it is damaged or there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error, your refund request might be declined.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service to the address below.
Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 30€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
I wish you’ll be totally pleased by your order, since all products of this website are handmade with exclusive designs and quality materials, and above all are made with love and dedication. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and without having being used.
We will refund the price of the item as soon as we receive it back. However, it’s the buyer who should cover the shipping costs of such return. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any possible damage or loss relating to the certificate forwarding returned item.
